“Women Who Run With The Wolves”

A friend of mine is letting me borrow her book called “Women Who Run With The Wolves” by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. I am only on page 51 and this book is giving me life.

“Early in the formulation of classical psychology women’s curiosity was given quite a negative connotation, whereas men with the same attribute were called investigative. Women were called nosy, whereas men were called inquiring. In reality, the trivialization of women’s curiosity so that is seems like nothing more than irksome snooping denies women’s insight, hunches, intuitions. It denies all her senses. It attempts to attack her most fundamental powers: differentiation and determination”

I wanted to throw that out there an let it marinate. I would like to know your thoughts and or experience with this!
